Returns
If you'd like to return a living item, let the team know within 30 days by emailing hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk or live chat if online. Please attach a photo of the faulty or damaged plant. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition.
Flowers & Plant Mixed Orders
Flower and plant deliveries will be sent separately; add ons such as cards or gifts will arrive with your flower order. You'll receive dispatch emails containing tracking information to keep you updated on the process of your deliveries.

Your plant has been on quite the adventure to get to you, so it might need a drink and some time to adjust to its new home. It’s perfectly normal that it may be showing some minor signs of stress after shipment.
If your plant is damaged beyond what you’d expect, let us know within 30 days, and a friendly member of the Plant Folk will be able to help you. All you need to do is take a couple of pictures of the problem area and one of the whole plant and send them to hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk. We’ll then make things right as quickly as we can, so you can get on with enjoying plant parenthood.

Purchased as a birthday gift for a friend, with a greeting on the card. Arrived a day after leaving the warehouse, in perfect and beautiful condition, and just as seen in the online pictures! See below my friend's own photos! I'm so pleased - again - I've used them before - with the quality and service and, if I have the opportunity, will use them yet again. [as a ps. I'd not heard anything re delivery on day 7 after ordering, so I sent through an enquiry: they replied impressively quickly, apologising for being a bit behind - and refunded my postage! I wasn't looking for that, and argued against it, but they insisted: all the sign of a firm that does actually care about its customers and service! :) Now I just need to encourage them to deliver to my own postcode area, as it's in the commuter strip in the central belt of Scotland and I've several people I'd love to have (at least) one of their plants - including myself! :) ]
