The Calathea Crocata, also known as the Flowering Calathea, is pure botanical luxury. Its deep green, velvety leaves provide the perfect backdrop for its fiery orange blooms, which rise like little flames above the foliage. A true statement plant, it brings warmth and elegance to any space.
Native to the tropical rainforests of Brazil, this Calathea is as fascinating as it is beautiful. Its name, 'Crocata', comes from the Latin for ‘saffron-coloured’,a perfect nod to its glowing, sunset-toned flowers. And like all Calatheas, it has a little personality of its own, with leaves that gently move throughout the day.
Despite its exotic look, the Flowering Calathea is easy to care for. It loves bright, indirect light and prefers its soil to stay lightly moist. A little extra humidity will keep its leaves lush and its blooms vibrant, making it a dreamy addition to any plant collection.

Returns
If you'd like to return a living item, let the team know within 30 days by emailing hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk or live chat if online. Please attach a photo of the faulty or damaged plant. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition.
