Chinese Money Plant - Pilea Peperomioides
This plant has beautiful bright green round pad like leaves on succulent stems. Frequently seen in Scandinavian interiors, cuttings were first bought back to Europe by a Norwegian missionary. Native to the southwestern Yunnan province of China.

I have loved this Chinese money plant for some time but maybe my last one didn’t love me so much. She’s taken pride of place on my WfH desk, looking lovely right in my line of sight.
I ordered my plant it was well boxed pleased with it the plant is healthy and I am looking forward for it to grow
Arrived well packaged in biodegradable paper and cardboard. Nice size.
However, 5 leaves (2 small and 3 larger well developed leaves with stems) had fallen off on arrival, which was quite a proportion of a small plant, hence a little disappointed with this.
It is a cute little plant and I’m hoping it perks up and grows well.
I ordered two chinese money plants and was a little underwhelmed when they arrived with other plants i ordered and had delivered at the same time (the others are fine, sadly, not these two).
I've given them a lot of love and they are starting to liven up.... both plants are not at all like the photo, very small by comparison in fact.
One of the plants has some leaf markings/dints and the other has 3 stalks without leaves at their ends, and they both have very much fewer leaves than expected, given the photo on this page.
This was my second order of plants and though the other plants i ordered seemed fine ( and i am happy with my previous order), i must admit i am not completely happy with these two.
This is a lovely - very little - plant. It arrived in tact and seems healthy. But it is hugely over-priced compared to what you would pay in a supermarket or even a garden centre. £16 should include a pot of some type - even if it's just a simple woven one as in the main photo.

*Please note that in order for a claim to be accepted, the decline in the plant's health must be significant and reasonable. Replacement requests will not be approved for plants that are still in generally good condition or if the decline in health can be easily rectified with minor adjustments in care.
Claims do not receive automatic approval and are subject to a review process by our plant care team. This process assesses the validity of the claim and ensures a proper evaluation of the plant's condition.
