We deliver to most of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and the following postcodes IV, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21-25, BF1).
Returns
If you'd like to return a living item, let the team know within 30 days by emailing hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk or live chat if online. Please attach a photo of the faulty or damaged plant. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition.
Flowers & Plant Mixed Orders
Flower and plant deliveries will be sent separately; add ons such as cards or gifts will arrive with your flower order. You'll receive dispatch emails containing tracking information to keep you updated on the process of your deliveries.
Nothing makes us happier than making you happy (cheesy, but it’s true) which is why we do everything we can to provide a positive plant experience from start to finish.
If your plant is damaged beyond what you’d expect, let us know within 30 days, and a friendly member of the Plant Folk will be able to help you. All you need to do is take a couple of pictures of the problem area and one of the whole plant and send them to hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk. We’ll then make things right as quickly as we can, so you can get on with enjoying plant parenthood.
Our Plant Folk recommend potting your artificial plant centrally within your chosen pot, then filling the space around the non-decorative pot with newspaper, cardboard, anything goes! - before topping with a few centimetres of soil or pebbles. This'll also help keep your faux plant secure and stable.

We're a dedicated team of plant-obsessed experts based at our nursery, tucked away in the Essex countryside. Each member of our team is as caring & knowledgeable as the next. Our days are devoted to nurturing plants & flowers (we've even been known to play music to them!) and carefully packing your orders.
Nothing makes us happier than making you happy (cheesy, but it’s true) which is why we do everything we can to provide a positive experience from start to finish. Your order should arrive fresh and healthy - if for any reason it doesn’t, we’ll replace it for free within 30 days!

After 30 days and up to 12 months from the date your order arrived, if your plant's health experiences a significant decline*, Beards & Daisies customers are eligible for a 50% discount to be used when purchasing a replacement of the same plant or an equivalent one if the original plant is not in stock.
*Please note that in order for a claim to be accepted, the decline in the plant's health must be significant and reasonable. Replacement requests will not be approved for plants that are still in generally good condition or if the decline in health can be easily rectified with minor adjustments in care.
Claims do not receive automatic approval and are subject to a review process by our plant care team. This process assesses the validity of the claim and ensures a proper evaluation of the plant's condition.
