CONDITIONS: Native to tropical West Africa from Nigeria east to the Congo.
LIGHT: A versatile plant and can thrive in both low and high light, although avoid direct sunlight as your Snake plant will burn.
WATER: Wait until the top layer of soil is dry before watering gently. Do not over-water and reduce the amount given during the winter months.
CARE: Remove dust with a damp cloth to unblock pores. This will help the plant breathe.
PETS: No snacking. This plant is harmful to cats and dogs if ingested.
FACT: According to NASA, this is one of the best house plants for enhancing air quality by absorbing harmful toxins and producing pure oxygen.
